At Mean Hugs Club, we want you to love your gear as much as you say you love drilling. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If something's off, we'll make it right.
We offer refunds for:
- Items that showed up wrong (that one's on us)
- Damaged or defective products
The Fine Print
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase - roughly the time it takes a white belt to stop asking "wait, which way do I grip this."
- Items must be unused, or in the same condition as delivered (yes, that means not mid-roll).
- Contact us via our Contact Form with your order number, a photo of the damage/defects, and a quick description of what has happened.
We'll take care of you faster that you can yell "TAP!"
Change of Mind & Sizing Returns
Ordered a size too ambitious for your post-competition-season self? No hard feelings. Change of mind and sizing returns are accepted, but the cost of return postage is on you.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipping into the EU, you've got the right cancel or return your order within 14 days - no reason needed, no justification required. Same rules apply as above: unworn, unused, tags on, original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
